Caspar's attending physician is fighting very hard for him, risking serious confrontations with the head physician – and possibly even her own health? Little by little, she reveals pieces of Caspar's past to him, first his clothes, then a train ticket, his empty wallet, and finally even a photo of the girl from his visions. Sophia appears extremely dedicated and empathetic – and attracts Caspar in a strange way.
